Signature Custom Homes, working with Puget Sound’s most recognized mortgage lenders, has developed a money saving custom construction loan program that eliminates thousands of dollars of unnecessary costs that exist when buying a new production built home. These savings allow our clients to add more upgrades or simply save the money, without sacrificing quality or the custom design features that they want.
What other benefits does the Signature System provide?
Signature Custom Homes has intentionally restricted its annual home production to no more than 9 custom homes per year. We feel that our client’s needs and our ability to manage the quality of our projects would be negatively impacted if we were to build any more.
Over the years we have recognized the importance of our ability to provide our clients with as many in house services as possible. Therefore we have evolved into what is referred to as a Design/Build Contractor. We provide all of the necessary services to design and build your custom home without relying on unnecessary outside services. This saves you time and money, decreases design production time, and assures that your custom home will be designed by our team of experts to fit your budget and quality expectations and requirements.
Our many years of experience have convinced us that every custom home project requires a Client Coordinator. The Signature System will provide you with your own Client Coordinator. They will produce a complete set of specifications that will describe and illustrate in detail every component that is required to build your custom home. You will also be provided with a cost breakdown of each of these components so you can see how they impact the total budget. The Client Coordinator will assist you as you choose your interior finish materials and can council you with interior design ideas or work with your Interior Designer which ever is appropriate for your project.
